The St Winnow Barton Farm Museum was first established by Henry Stephens and John Stephens, my grandfather and father respectively, in the late 1970s. Having farmed at St Winnow Barton for several decades, they were finding that the farm was crammed with classic and vintage farm equipment that was now obsolete.

Rather than lose then lose such great examples of farming equipment, they decided to start the St Winnow Barton Farm Museum to showcase their collection of farming machinery, tractors and other sundries from yesteryear. From household and wartime items to horse-drawn vehicles and farm machinery, the farm museum is an impressive time capsule.
